Privacy Policy

LiquidPad is built privacy-first: the Mac app ships with no telemetry and no analytics. This page explains exactly what data is involved when you use the app, the website, and the optional account.

Last updated: June 2026.

The app sends no telemetry

The LiquidPad macOS app contains no analytics, no tracking, and no telemetry. Your browsing inside the panel, the apps you add, your terminal and SSH sessions, and your usage stay on your Mac. Web apps you open run in Apple’s WKWebView and talk directly to those services exactly as they would in Safari. We never see or proxy that traffic.

Accounts (optional)

If you create a LiquidPad account, authentication is handled by Clerk. Clerk stores your email and authentication details to sign you in. We use your account only to identify you for your subscription and, if enabled, cloud sync. See Clerk’s privacy policy for how they process auth data.

Payments

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe handles payment data under PCI-DSS, and we retain only the subscription status needed to unlock Pro features. Optional tips can be sent via PayPal or crypto and are not tied to your account.

Cloud sync (Pro, opt-in)

Cloud sync is off by default. When you turn it on, your app setup (the list of apps, workspaces, boards and preferences) is stored so it can sync across your Macs. Page contents, terminal output, and credentials inside web apps are never part of sync.

The website

liquidpad.space is a static marketing site hosted on Vercel. It sets no advertising cookies. A ?ref parameter may be present for the referral program; it identifies who referred you and nothing more.

Your rights & contact

You can delete your account at any time, which removes your synced setup. For any privacy question or a data request, email hello@agentik-os.com.
