Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the LiquidPad macOS app and the liquidpad.space website. By downloading or using LiquidPad, you agree to them.

License
LiquidPad grants you a personal, non-transferable license to install and use the app on your Macs. The app is a launcher: the web apps you open are operated by their respective third parties under their own terms, which you remain responsible for following.
Plans, billing & trial
The Free plan is free forever within its limits. Pro is $4.99/month or $47.88/year with a 14-day trial. Paid plans are billed through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from your account, which stops future charges and keeps Pro active until the end of the paid period. Because the free tier lets you fully evaluate the app before paying, fees already charged are generally non-refundable except where required by law. That said, contact us and we’ll be reasonable.
Acceptable use
Don’t use LiquidPad to break the law or the terms of the services you connect to, and don’t attempt to resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the app for redistribution. The bundled terminal and SSH tools are powerful, so you are responsible for the commands you run and the systems you connect to.
Disclaimer & liability
LiquidPad is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agentik OS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
